Pay: The pay scale of officers in Grade A is Rs. 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600-
2000(1)-55600 (17 years).
SEBI Grade A Officer ko Basic Pay ke sath National Pension Scheme (NPS),Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Family Allowance, Local Allowance etc. at Mumbai milte hai aur in sab se without accommodation minimum pay Rs. 1,07,000/- p.m. hoti hai aur with accommodation Rs. 73,000/- p.m. hoti hai.
Benefits: Other benefits viz., Leave Fare Concession, Medical Expenses, Eye Refraction, Education Allowance, Financial Dailies, Book Grant, Briefcase, Conveyance Expenses, House Cleaning Allowance, Staff Furnishing Scheme, Scheme for Purchasing Computers, Subsidized Lunch Facility and all other benefits as admissible to an Officer in Grade A in SEBI.
Probation
Final selection ke baad 2 years ka probation period hota hai.

Iss post ke liye 3 stage selection process hota hai. Saare papers English subject ke alava 2 language mein set honge – English & Hindi.

Ye online MCQ exam hota hai jisme 2 Paper hote hai.

Phase III: Interview
Sirf shortlisted candidates ko hi interview ke call kiya jayega,. Candidates interview Hindi ya English mein de sakte hai. Phase II ke marks ki weightage 85% hai aur interview ki weightage 15% hai.

Iss post ke liye application form online submit karna hoga. Online application 7th March 2020 se 23rd March 2020 tak open hogi. Application form fill karne ke liye niche diye gaye steps ko follow kare:
Step 1: SEBI ki official website par jaye: www.sebi.gov.in
Step 2: Homepage mein ‘About’ section mein ‘Careers‘ par click kare
Step 3: Careers mein “SEBI RECRUITMENT EXERCISE -RECRUITMENT OF OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER) – 2020” par click karke “APPLY ONLINE” option par jaaye
Step 4: Iske baad ek new link open hojayega jaha par aapko ‘Click here for New Registration‘ par click karna hoga. Isme aapko Name, Contact details and Email-ID enter karna hoga jiske baad ek Provisional Registration Number aur Password generate hoga. Provisional Registration Number aur Password ko note down karle kyunki ye aage login karne ke liye zaruri hai.
Step 5: Ab application form fill kare aur maange gayi saari details (Personal, Educational details) ko dhyan se fill kare. Yaad rakhe saari details sahi honi chahiye aur supporting documents se match honi chahiye.
Step 6: Saari details verify karne ke baad ‘FINAL SUBMIT‘ par click karke ‘PAYMENT‘ par jaaye aur fees submit karde.
Step 7: Fees payment successful hone ke baad ‘SUBMIT‘ par click kare aur application form ko download karke sve karle.
