With the successful completion of his Ph.D., Dr. Dubey applied for several scientific posts. However, opaque selection processes proved to be a barrier to his aspirations. Facing mounting financial pressures and questioning his career path, Dr. Dubey sought a teaching position at Akash Institute, a renowned coaching center in Kota.

Despite his lack of formal zoology experience, Dr. Dubey’s confidence and unwavering passion for teaching impressed the management. Hired as a faculty member, he rapidly ascended the ranks, becoming one of the institute’s most highly esteemed educators.
